Requirements

• Degree in business administration or a related field, or completed vocational training in business
• Some first work experience, ideally in a small company, a startup or an advisory firm
• You take ownership and bring your own ideas to the table
• You enjoy working with numbers
• You like using AI tools to work smarter and faster
• You want to learn how finance and operations work in a growing company
• Fluent German (C1 or higher) and very good English, written and spoken
• Discretion with confidential data

Team

You will join a small, senior team with what we believe is the highest density of CTOs in a single company. You will work directly with our COO and have real ownership from day one.

Application Process

• Application screening: We review all applications for relevant experience. Only shortlisted candidates move on to the next step.
• Online assessment: Shortlisted candidates complete a short online assessment via TestGorilla covering the core skills for the role.
• Intro call (approx. 20 min): Based on the results, we invite selected candidates to a short video call to get to know each other and discuss the role and expectations.
• Follow-up interview (if needed): Where useful, we schedule a second conversation to go deeper into experience, working style and collaboration.
• Final interview with our CEO: Candidates meet our CEO to discuss the bigger picture, team culture and how the role fits into TechMiners.
• Decision and offer: We aim to give feedback promptly after the final interview and, if it is a match, send an offer and align on start date and onboarding.
