Sr Marketing Manager - DACH

ABOUT US

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.

Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.

We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.

Joining Legora means three things.

• We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
• We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
• We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

You are joining an early-stage scale-up with exceptional product-market fit, trusted by leading DACH firms like Boehringer Ingelheim, Roland Berger, and SGS SA. Backed by over $600M in funding from top investors including Accel, ICONIQ, General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, Benchmark, Redpoint, and Y Combinator. And a world-class team from Google, Klarna, Spotify, Slack, and top tier consulting and law firms with infinite room to grow professionally.

The Role

We're looking for a marketing manager to join our Munich team and lead the execution of high-impact marketing programs across DACH. This role will play a key part in driving brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer loyalty through regional field initiatives, including creative brand marketing, integrated campaigns, account-based marketing, field marketing, community, and content marketing.

You'll report to the Marketing Director for EMEA and collaborate closely with the global marketing team, including demand generation, product marketing, content, and design. You'll be embedded in the regional go-to-market and engagement teams to plan and execute programs that drive customer acquisition, engage target accounts, and nurture customer relationships. You will play a key role towards achieving new business pipeline, upsell pipeline and renewals targets across DACH.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow Legora's brand presence across DACH, ensuring Legora shows up wherever our customers are with consistent positioning and messaging across all regional marketing activities.
• Develop regional marketing strategy and campaign plans, defining objectives, target audiences, messaging themes, and channel mix to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
• Lead the conception and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating across digital, social, content, and in-person channels to deliver cohesive go-to-market initiatives.
• Design and manage regional field marketing programs, including industry conferences, community events, sponsorships, and Legora-hosted experiences tailored to DACH buyers.
• Partner with the DACH sales and partner teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals, account strategies, and customer acquisition priorities.
• Own end-to-end event production, including venue selection, vendor management, attendee communications, GTM enablement, run-of-show planning, content and speaker preparation, onsite execution, and post-event processing.
• Build, manage and execute a pipeline of customer stories which translate Legora's impact into compelling proof points, driving advocacy and loyalty.
• Develop content amplification strategies that extend the reach of Legora's thought leadership, product stories, and customer narratives across relevant DACH channels.
• Execute targeted demand-generation campaigns that support field programs, leveraging email, paid media, social, and out-of-home placements to drive attendance, engagement, and conversions.
• Source and activate customer advocates, identifying DACH customers for case studies, co-marketing opportunities, testimonials, and speaking engagements.
• Track performance of all regional marketing activities, analyzing results, reporting ROI, and using insights to refine and optimize future programs.
• Manage relationships with regional agencies, vendors, and marketing partners, ensuring seamless collaboration, quality execution, and budget adherence.
• Generate creative concepts that elevate brand experience, enhancing engagement, differentiation, and the overall impact of Legora's presence at every touchpoint.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors, or in a creative marketing role in an agency environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting events, sponsorships, or regional campaigns.
• Strong creative instincts paired with a bias for action and ability to execute with speed and precision.
• Ability to wear multiple hats as needed in a dynamic, rapidly evolving organisation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions and regions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with marketing automation and GTM/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Customer.io, Clay) is a plus.
