Founder's Associate (Working Student)

Who We Are 🌍

Limatica is a young and dynamic startup revolutionizing the battery diagnostics space. Our mission? Bring battery cell quality to the next level and drastically reduce scrap rates using our own proprietary measurement method. Instead of weeks of testing, our technology enables deep battery diagnostics within minutes.

After founding the company and developing our first prototype in 2023, we secured pilot partners, Pre-Seed funding, and built our first core team during 2024 and 2025. In 2026, we are entering the market and scaling — and we are looking for people who want to build technology, not just maintain it.

We’re not a company with rigid hierarchies or repetitive routines. At Limatica, you’ll be part of a fast-moving, close-knit team where ideas are heard, ownership is expected, and every day brings new technical challenges and learning opportunities. You won’t just work for us — you’ll grow with us.

What You’ll Do 🌟

As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with Bastian, our CEO, on a wide variety of strategic, operational, and business topics. You’ll gain a unique behind-the-scenes perspective of a growing deep-tech startup — from product and operations to partnerships and growth.
