We are looking for a personality who enjoys spoiling guests.

Your area of responsibility is the hotel reception. It would be advantageous if you have already gained experience in this area. Many regular guests come to our house and you work in a great team.

Activity description / tasks:

• Guests' check-in and check-out formalities, invoicing Receiving reservations and writing confirmations in German and English
• Review of the reservation system
• Performing all other work in the course of business

• Cheaper purchases when purchasing some everyday goods through Best Western Hotels
• If you have a thirst for knowledge, you are also welcome to attend in-house training courses and seminars
