We are looking for a highly driven Commercial Customer Success Manager to take ownership of our Support Hub's commercial success. Who you are

• Relevant university degree
• At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or B2B Sales; ideally within the IT, software, or ERP sectors
• Sales and customer-centric mindset, with experience to pitch solutions and close deals
• Proactive and self-learner, you create your pipeline of activities and learn quickly
• Excellent communication skills to convince customers via email or in a call
• Fluent in English (C2) and highly proficient in German (C1 or higher)

Your mission

• Own the whole sales pipeline of Managed Services (Customer support, hosting, BI & other subscriptions products)
• Make sure customers renew their packages (avoid churn) and highlight opportunities to upsell / cross-sell (grow your pipeline)
• Develop slide decks & sales materials in collaboration with marketing to help with sales process
• Collect client feedback and turn it into actionable process improvements and sales opportunities
• Partner closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining a sharp focus on client satisfaction and account growth.
