(Senior) Strategic Partner Manager DACH (f/m/d)

About Moss

At Moss, we give finance professionals the power to automate their day-to-day and make forward-thinking decisions.

Our culture is what makes that possible: we play to win, we obsess over quality, and we win as One Moss, and it works. Moss closed a €35 million Series C in August 2026, crossing a €1 billion valuation, and became one of Europe's fintech unicorns. Join us for what's next.

Moss is building its strategic partnerships function from scratch, and this is one of the first two hires shaping it.

Moss is the Finance AI platform for Europe's mid-sized businesses, giving companies real-time visibility and full control over their spend. By automating card issuing, invoice management and expenses, Moss simplifies financial workflows and frees finance and accounting teams from manual, administrative work.

Founded in Berlin and used by more than 10,000 businesses including Flink, Schufa, n8n and Auto1, Moss has raised €220+ million to date and operates in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and further EU markets. In August 2026, Moss closed a €35 million Series C led by Portage, crossing a €1 billion valuation and becoming one of Europe's newest fintech unicorns. Moss is backed by investors including Valar Ventures, Tiger Global, Global Founders Capital, Cherry Ventures, A-Star.

We're a team of 300+ people from 50+ nationalities across 5 offices in Europe and we hire, reward, and grow people based on Moss DNA: playing to win, obsessing over quality, winning as One Moss. If that's how you want to work, we want to hear from you.

Your responsibilities

You'll take target platforms from zero relationship to live, revenue-generating integration, owning the sourcing, business case, and delivery for each one, with a focus on the German market.

This is a build phase: you'll define your own playbook rather than follow one. You'll report to the Senior Director Partnerships and work closely with Product and Engineering on integration scope, and with the Channel team where partnerships overlap with existing ERP integrators.

• Source and build strategic partnerships from scratch in the German market, identifying platforms that fit Moss's customer base and growth priorities
• Navigate complex partner organisations to reach the right decision makers, from founders and C-level contacts at smaller platforms to Heads of Partnerships at larger ones
• Build the commercial and technical case for each partnership and secure buy-in from both Moss leadership and the partner's stakeholders
• Own each partnership end-to-end, from an initial referral or lightweight integration through to a live, revenue-generating relationship
• Partner with Product and Engineering to scope integration requirements and manage delivery against Moss's API and roadmap
• Collaborate with the Channel team where accounting-platform integrators already exist, to avoid overlap and align on commercialisation
• Define and adjust your own playbook, prioritising partners by revenue potential and strategic fit as the market picture sharpens

• Brings structure to ambiguous, still-being-built processes and partnerships
• Communicates progress, blockers, and trade-offs clearly across product, engineering, and leadership
• Balances ambition with realism, adjusting timelines to partner readiness and internal constraints without losing momentum
• here's what else to expect:
• Top-of-market compensation package, including equity.
• Our vibrant offices are at the heart of our culture, where in-person time fuels collaboration and connection over weekly breakfasts and Friday demos.
• Additional benefits include: 20 days “work from abroad”, 600EUR/GBP Learning & Development Budget, and other local benefits.
