Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit für die Position des Content Marketing Managers, die unser dynamisches Team in München verstärkt. In dieser Rolle bist du als twortlich für die Planung und Umsetzung von Content-Projekten. Der zentrale Fokus dieser Rolle liegt auf dem Management von Product Content – von der operativen Umsetzung im Mastershop wie dem Roll-Out in andere Märkte. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen (Vendor Management, Campaign Management, Graphics, Digital Marketing) unterstützt du bei der Betreuung von zentralen, internationalen Content-Projekten.

• Product Content Management: Eigenständiges Briefen, Steuern und Qualitätssichern von Content auf Produktdetailseiten – inklusive Koordination der Implementierung über internationale Shops hinweg
• AI & Content Innovation: Offenheit für die Nutzung von AI-Tools zur Content-Erstellung; kontinuierliche Weiterbildung zu aktuellen Entwicklungen im Bereich-gestützter Content-Generierung und GEO-ready Content (Generative Engine Optimization)
• Content Project Management: Unterstützung bei der Steuerung von zentralen Content-Projekten auf internationaler Ebene (Mailings, Videoprojekte, Social Media Kampagnen)
• Digital Marketing Support: Handling von Offsite-Assets für digitale Marketingmaßnahmen
• Landingpages & Brandshops: Erstellung und Pflege von Templates und Features – abgestimmt auf die Anforderungen von Lieferanten und Unternehmen
• Brand Ambassadorship: Sicherstellung der Co-Branding-Richtlinien bei der Integration von Supplier Content
• Daily Business: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung überzeugender Präsentationen zu Marketingkonzepten, sowie bei der Jahresplanung

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung im Content Marketing, Content Management oder Online Marketing
• Marketing Know-How und Verständnis für E-Commerce-Prozesse
• Offenheit für AI-gestützte Tools und Interesse an aktuellen Entwicklungen im Bereich KI und GEO-ready Content
• Sicherer Umgang mit Content Management Systemen
• Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Skills und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Analytische Fähigkeiten und datengetriebene Entscheidungsfindung (Adobe Analytics von Vorteil)
• Erfahrung mit Offsite-Kampagnen (Paid Social, Google) von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft PowerPoint und gängigen Präsentationstools
• Eigenständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise mit hoher Qualitätsorientierung
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch fließend
