Introduction

What we do & why we do it

Founded in 2021 in Osnabrück, Germany, doinstruct is on a mission to empower the backbone of our society - the frontline workforce - by making workplaces safer, more compliant, and more efficient. We don’t just improve training; we redefine how industries onboard and upskill their teams.

The problem? Outdated, inefficient training methods that fail to meet the needs of the deskless workforce - the 80% of global workers overlooked by traditional learning solutions. We saw the gap and built a seamless, mobile-first platform that makes onboarding, training, and compliance effortless, multilingual, and accessible - anytime, anywhere.

At doinstruct, we don’t accept the status quo. We innovate, we challenge, we build. Our vision is bold: Operational excellence for frontline teams starts here. We cut through the noise of clunky, ineffective training with an engaging, user-friendly experience available in 35+ languages - no downloads, no passwords - just instant access to the skills that drive industries forward.

Join us if you’re ready to build something extraordinary. We’re growing fast and looking for ambitious minds who thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. If you’re passionate about solving big problems, shaping the future of workplace learning, and working alongside a driven team that moves fast and thinks big, doinstruct is where you belong.

Most growth roles at this level are execution seats: run the campaigns someone else planned, report the numbers, wait for direction. This one isn't that. You'll own performance channels and CRO end-to-end — what we spend, where, and why — and use AI to do the work of a much bigger team.

doinstruct builds software that helps organizations train and enable their frontline teams — the people in factories, logistics hubs, construction sites, and manufacturing plants who are hardest to reach with conventional L&D. We're Series A funded, growing fast in Germany, and expanding into the US.

The performance foundation exists, but GTM Engineering, the team that will eventually run automation and AI agents across growth, is still being built. You won't just use whatever tooling shows up later; you'll help shape what it needs to do.

Why doinstruct

Your tasks

The role

What you'll own

• Own performance channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) end to end: strategy, budget, and the number they produce, working closely with an agency to execute at scale.
• Run experiments continuously across landing pages, funnels, and forms — always testing something, and documenting it in a way GTM Engineering can build on later.
• Work daily in AI tools — Claude, Clay, Cursor or Lovable, n8n or Make — to move faster than a traditional performance team. GTM Engineering owns the infrastructure; you're the fluent user who tells them what's worth building next.
• Turn spend and conversion data into a clear read on what's working, and change course fast when it isn't.
• Bring a performance lens to our US expansion, and grow your scope as the channels you run prove themselves out.

Who you are

• 4-6 years in performance marketing/growth, in B2B SaaS, with real ownership of a budget and a number you were measured against.
• Hands-on in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta — you've built the campaigns yourself, not just briefed someone else to.
• A real CRO track record: you run experiments constantly and can talk through what you changed, what moved, and what you learned even when a test didn't go your way.
• Comfortable in HubSpot, GA4, and Google Tag Manager — you can set up and troubleshoot your own conversion tracking.
• Already using AI tools daily — Claude, Clay, Cursor or Lovable, n8n or Make — because it's genuinely how you get more done, not an experiment on the side. GTM Engineering owns the infrastructure; you just need to be a sharp user of it.
• Fluent in German — this is a must, not a nice-to-have.

What's different here

You won't be handed a media plan and a set of guardrails. You'll be handed a budget, a target, and the room to figure out the fastest path there. That includes working closely with an agency — you know these channels well enough to run them yourself, which is what makes that relationship work — and helping define what AI and automation should take over as GTM Engineering builds it, rather than waiting for a finished system.

We offer

• Series A funded, 400+ customers, under 2% churn — growth here compounds on top of a product people actually keep.
• We're moving AI-first as a company, which means the tools and support to go deep on AI-driven growth work, not just permission to try it quietly.
• You're joining while the growth motion is still being built, so the systems you put in place are the systems that stick.
• A real US expansion underway, which means your channel work doesn't stay confined to one market for long.

What success looks like

3 months You've taken over your channels, you understand what's been tried in CRO and why, and you've shipped your first tests. You can tell us what's working and what isn't, with numbers behind both.

6 months You've got a repeatable testing rhythm running, at least one channel or conversion point looks meaningfully better than when you started, and AI tooling is visibly part of how you work rather than a side experiment.

12 months You own a bigger piece of the growth budget than you started with, because you've earned it. There's a clear, repeatable system for performance and CRO at doinstruct, and it's one you built.

At doinstruct, you'll have the chance to use your skills and help shape our growing start-up. We value a friendly work environment, open communication, and support your personal and professional growth every step of the way.

Even if you don't tick all of the boxes, but you are motivated and want to work with us, you are very welcome to apply.

We embrace diversity and hire people based on their ability to perform a job. People of any race, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, political opinion, or marital status are welcome at doinstruct.
