WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Connect. Grow. Deliver.

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you are the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of Authorized Partners in your sub-territory. Your mission: build long-term, strategic relationships and grow your partners into Silver or Gold status — while sharpening your focus on a select group of Managed Accounts with even bigger growth ambitions.

You are not just managing accounts — you are actively creating opportunities, solving problems, and championing the Axis ecosystem every step of the way.

• Drive sub-territory sales. You take ownership of sales performance across your patch, working closely with the wider sales team to hit shared targets.
• Recruit and grow partners. You identify and onboard new resellers, IT and security integrators, and channel distributors — then support them in reaching their sales quotas.
• Be the go-to person. You operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to your accounts, building strong, lasting customer relationships along the way.
• Spot new business. You uncover new opportunities within existing partners and identify areas for improvement to keep growth on track.
• Solve problems fast. You assist with challenging partner requests or escalations, always keeping the customer experience front and centre.
• Deliver with purpose. You develop opportunities together with partners based on Axis and Axis development partner solutions, ensuring timely and successful delivery aligned with customer needs.
• Educate and inspire. You encourage partners to join Axis programs, promote Axis training across the South West market, and educate the channel on our products, tools, and values.
• Stay close to the market. You attend fairs, exhibitions, and key partner meetings, and organise partner visits to the Axis Experience Center or virtual demo room to deepen relationships.
• Report and reflect. You prepare regular account status reports and plan external visits strategically — maximising business impact while managing time and cost efficiently.
• Be a culture carrier. You act as a genuine advocate for Axis culture and values in everything you do.

• Fluency in German (written and verbal), with English also valuable for regional collaboration
