Technical Procurement / Purchasing Officer

WHO WE ARE:

We build the intelligence that lets robots sense, reason, and act in the real world—moving beyond the lab and into everyday industrial settings like warehouses and factories. Our technology closes the automation gaps that traditional systems can’t solve. We are on a mission to redefine how physical work gets done, and we’re looking for curious, bold thinkers to help shape the future of robotics with us.

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a highly process-driven Technical Procurement / Purchasing Officer to strengthen the commercial foundation of our innovative robotics solutions at Sereact.

You will take ownership of our internal commercial workflows, acting as a true organizational talent who loves to dive into the thick of things and keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is based in Stuttgart and is ideal for someone who thrives on building structured processes, managing commercial tasks, and supporting a team building cutting-edge technology.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project & Order Management: Manage our projects from a commercial perspective, from the initial order to final delivery.
• Purchasing & Material Management: Support the procurement of components and maintain close relationships with our vendors.
• Inventory Management: Keep a close eye on our stock levels and ensure all components are in the right place at the right time.
• General Administration: From preparatory accounting to master data management, keep our daily business running smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Background: Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or a degree in Business Administration.
• Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or operational role.
• Mindset: You possess a strong hands-on mentality. No task is too small or too complex for you when the team needs support.
• Drive: Your motivation and willingness to learn are more important to us than deep industry knowledge in robotics.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems.
• Languages: Business-level fluency in German and English is a must.

OUR INTERVIEW PLAN:

• Application
• Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for. Expect CV highlights, your “why,” and time for your questions.
• Technical interview (45 min): A deeper dive into your skills and problem‑solving approach for this role.
• Founder Interview: Meet with one of our founders to discuss the role and your background. This is a great opportunity to dive into Sereact's vision, ask questions, and get a clear feel for our company culture and environment.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Wellpass (gym membership)
• Flexible working hours
• Option to work from home when needed
• A motivated team and an open corporate culture
• Competitive compensation and excellent career development opportunities
