We’re looking for a working student to support customer service and office management as soon as possible.

About us

Oskar lernt Englisch is a tour operator specialising in high-quality English-language educational programmes for children and young people. Every year, more than 4,000 participants join our language camps across Germany and learn English through immersive experiences.

We also organise English courses in schools and nurseries in Berlin and Brandenburg, plus school trips, project weeks and language travel programmes across Europe. Our programmes are led and taught by English-speaking professionals.

We communicate in German and English and use first names across the team. Expect open doors, flat hierarchies, quick decisions and a supportive atmosphere. From day one, you’ll be a valued part of our international team.

Your responsibilities

You’ll help keep customer service and day-to-day office operations running smoothly:

• Customer service: Be a friendly, professional contact for customers by phone and email
• Booking management: Receive, review and process bookings
• Invoicing: Prepare and check invoices
• Communication: Manage day-to-day written correspondence
• Organisation and administration: Help with general office tasks and other organisational needs

Your profile

What you bring

• Qualifications: Completed vocational training in office administration, events, tourism or a comparable field (or similar)
• Experience: Some experience in customer service, office management, administration, tourism or a related field is a plus
• Customer focus: A strong service mindset and enjoy connecting with customers
• Digital skills: Very good Microsoft Office skills and confidence with digital tools
• Languages: Excellent German and English skills
• Personal qualities: Team spirit, a quick grasp of new information, and an independent, organised and conscientious approach
