Junior Customer Support Manager (f/m/d)

Requirements

• Background in business, social sciences, communications, or a related field. - Fluent in German (at least C1 level) and strong English skills (at least B2 level). - Confident, practical, and responsible use of AI tools. - Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML knowledge. - Interest in image and audio editing.
