Junior Account Executive DACH (German-speaking)

Location: Remote (Within +/- 2 hours of CET)

Contract type: Full-time

Salary: Starting from €40,000 OTE per annum gross (60% base / 40% bonus), subject to location, skills and experience

Not Your Typical Workplace:

Great talent doesn't stop at borders, and neither do the companies we work with. At WorkMotion, we're building the future of work: helping ambitious companies hire, onboard and manage the best people anywhere in the world, through smart, flexible workforce solutions. Remote-first, fast-paced, people-driven and globally connected, we empower businesses to build teams beyond borders. And we're looking for people who want to win while doing it.

More Than a Role

The German market is full of ambitious companies trapped by hiring borders. A Munich scale-up has found the perfect engineer in Lisbon but doesn't know how to employ her compliantly. A Hamburg founder wants to put fresh funding into expanding to three countries by next quarter. As our Junior Account Executive Germany, your mission is powerful: Open up the world's talent pool to German companies.

This is a Junior AE role, built for a top-performer who's ready to close their own deals, not by pushing a product, but by advising with substance and closing with confidence. You're confident in front of decision-makers, curious enough to ask the questions others don't, and ambitious about your numbers: hitting target is the minimum, outperforming it is what drives you. Your energy shows in your can-do attitude and follow-through, day in, day out.

Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity:

• Command Your Territory: Own the full sales cycle in Germany, from first conversation to onboarded talent.
• Curious Questioner: Ask the second and third question. Uncover where, why and how fast a company is hiring, and what's at stake if compliance goes wrong.
• Champion Builder: Equip your HR champion with the arguments Finance, Legal and leadership care about, so decision-makers see the value, not just the price.
• Deal Momentum: Create urgency, negotiate with confidence and keep deals moving.
• Self-Made Pipeline: Roll your sleeves up and team up with the BDRs to go after the biggest opportunities in your territory.

What It Takes to Make an Impact Here…

• Your Background: BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS, or another targetdriven, customer-facing role. You're self-driven, learn fast and know your numbers.
• Discovery Experience: You've led conversations to uncover a prospect's or client's needs, and you're eager to take them all the way to a signed deal.
• Outbound DNA: A cold call is a chance, not a threat. You know how to get a busy founder's attention, from a well-timed call after a funding round to a voice note they actually listen to.
• AI-Savvy & Organized: AI is a natural part of how you work, making you faster and sharper every day. And your HubSpot (or similar CRM) is always up to date.
• Coachable: You ask for feedback and put it into action the same day.
• German Native: Native-level German and business-fluent English.

Bonus Points If You Bring:

• Experience with HR tech, payroll, EOR or other compliance-heavy solutions
• First closing experience, for example running your own demos or closing smaller deals
• Creativity in getting your foot in the door: find a smart way to reach the hiring managers directly, and show them why you're the right person for this role

Not Your Typical Team:

We're a team of 26 sales minds, from BDRs, AEs and Team Leads to our CRM, Sales Enablement and Campaign Manager, based across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, a motivated, fully distributed crew that proves "remote" doesn't mean "disconnected." We don't just work together, we push, challenge and grow together. We share what works, celebrate each other's successes, learn from every win and loss, and jump in when a colleague needs a second voice to get a deal over the line. If you're looking for an environment where your ideas are welcomed, your voice is heard, and bold strategies thrive on collective brainpower and high-energy teamwork, you'll feel right at home.

The Perks of Being Here…

• Global, remote, and thriving: We're a global team of talented individuals spread across 26 countries. Our WorkFlex program lets you work from anywhere, anytime. Whether it's a beachside office or a cosy home office, the choice is yours.
• Your well-being is our priority: We know mental health matters, which is why we offer a dedicated Well-Being Day, a full day off just to recharge and relax.
• Get fit and stay active: Whether it's yoga, weightlifting, or a quick jog, work out on your terms, at a discount with our subsidised gym memberships.
• Learn, grow, and develop: We believe in constant growth. With our Training & Development Allowance, you'll have all the opportunities you need to keep expanding your skills and knowledge.
• Stay connected: Take part in exciting annual team meetups!
• Diversity is our superpower: We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
