Strategy Manager (m/f/d) in the CEO Office

What do we rely on at ENCAVIS? The sun. The wind. And on you.

Welcome to Encavis! Our world is all about the power of the sun, the wind and the more than 400 people across our group who are working together to shape the energy system of the future in order to ensure a sustainable energy supply for future generations.

ENCAVIS Management GmbH & Co. KG is the holding company of ENCAVIS GmbH , one of Europe's leading electricity producers from renewable energies. We operate a broadly diversified portfolio of over 330 onshore wind farms, ground-mounted solar plants and battery storage facilities in 13 European countries with an installed capacity of more than 5 GW. And best of all, we are continuing to grow! Our subsidiaries, Stern Energy SpA , which operates throughout Europe as a specialist in technical services for photovoltaic systems, and Encavis Portfolio Management GmbH, which specialises in supporting institutional investors, complement our portfolio.

What does this mean for you? The opportunity to make a difference, to shape and change things. As part of a multinational team that enjoys helping to make the energy transition a success.

The CEO Office sits at the center of Encavis’ strategic development and transformation agenda. Acting as both a strategic PMO and trusted sparring partner to the CEO and C-Suite, the team drives the execution of the company’s most critical initiatives, ensures alignment across functions, and supports key decision-making processes. From shaping corporate strategy and monitoring performance to leading cross-functional transformation programs and preparing board-level materials, the CEO Office helps translate long-term ambitions into tangible business outcomes and serves as a catalyst for the next phase of Encavis’ growth. Given the increasing complexity and scale of our business, we are looking for an experienced Strategy Manager to join us and help shape the next chapter of Encavis’ growth.

There are plenty of reasons to join Encavis – but what truly sets this opportunity apart is the chance to take on significant responsibility and gain meaningful exposure from day one. You will work directly with senior leadership, with broad exposure across investing, investor solutions, platform strategy, and business building, while contributing within an established and growing platform. Combined with competitive compensation and performance-linked upside, this is a high-impact role offering both visibility and influence from the outset.
