Market Entry Manager | Dutch Market (m/f/d)

At Superchat, we're rebuilding how businesses talk to their customers. The phone call, the contact form, the support ticket: all of it is being replaced by messaging and AI. We're building the platform that runs underneath.

Founded in 2020, Superchat has become the platform of choice for 10,000+ businesses worldwide , from globally recognized brands like Allianz, Auto1, Enpal, Danone, and GASAG to the small businesses, dental practices, and one-person startups that need to look bigger than they are. Today, millions of messages flow through Superchat every single day .

We started as a unified inbox: one place for every channel a customer might pick, WhatsApp, email, SMS, Instagram. Then ChatGPT happened, and the second chapter began: AI agents that respond across chat, email, and voice at the quality of the best human teams.

We're 100 people , profitable , and have raised €18M in funding (last round 4.5 years ago, we've been growing on our own money since). Headquartered in Berlin.

As our founding Account Executive for the Dutch market, you'll be the first commercial hire dedicated to the Netherlands. You'll own the full sales cycle end to end, from qualifying inbound demand through to close, while helping shape how we sell in the Dutch market as you go. Processes aren't fully built yet, and you'll be part of building them up.

Who We Want

Strong communicator .

You're a native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-confident.

You believe in your ability to run and close a conversation without coming across as arrogant.

Comfortable with ambiguity.

You're energized, not unsettled, by the fact that not everything is defined yet. You'd rather help build the process than be handed one.

Coachable.

You take direct feedback without getting defensive, and visibly apply it in your next conversation.

Resilient.

You bounce back quickly from a lost deal or a tough week and keep your activity levels consistently high.

Fast learner.

You get up to speed on a technical product quickly and can explain it to customers in a way they understand.

Structured .

You keep your pipeline clean and your CRM notes reliable, without anyone having to chase you

Who We Don't Want

Gets defensive with feedback.

You take direct feedback personally instead of applying it, and repeat the same mistakes call after call.

Weak written communication.

You struggle to express yourself clearly and professionally in writing, whether that's emails, CRM notes, or follow-ups.

In it for the paycheck alone.

You're chasing the salary with no genuine interest in the craft of selling, and it shows in how little curiosity you bring to the work.

Uncomfortable being first.

You'd rather join an established team than be the one setting the tone for how the Dutch market gets sold.

Your Day To Day

Discovery & Demos (~60%)

• You work inbound leads from the Dutch market, run discovery and find out where customer communication is breaking down for each business
• You tailor every demo to the business in front of you and show how Superchat solves their problem, instead of walking through features
• You’re the first person Dutch customers speak to at Superchat, so the way you sell shapes how the market sees us

Closing (~25%)

• You handle objections, negotiate and take deals from first call to signed contract
• You keep your pipeline clean in HubSpot, so we can see how the Dutch market is really developing

Building the Dutch Market (~15%)

• There’s no Dutch playbook yet, so you help build it: which industries convert, which messaging lands, and which objections keep coming up
• You share what you learn with Marketing and Product

Stakeholders

Customers : your most important point of contact day-to-day - from first outreach through demos to close

Sales Team: for joint training, knowledge-sharing, and exchanging best practices across the sales cycle

Customer Success Team : for handover after a successful close and a smooth start to onboarding
