Global Head of Customer Programs

Shape and scale how Element Logic creates customer value.

Element Logic is looking for an experienced Global Head of Customer Programs to build and scale how we engage, retain and grow our customers across markets.

We are looking for someone who can step in and contribute from day one , bringing relevant experience from warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling, robotics, or other industrial technology environments

You understand the dynamics of complex B2B technology and industrial environments and bring the experience to know what good looks like. This is a senior global role requiring strong execution capability, commercial understanding and the judgement to navigate a complex, international matrix organization. Success in this role will depend as much on your ability to drive adoption and influence stakeholders as it will on the programs you build.

You create trust, align different perspectives and generate engagement across functions and markets, often without formal authority. Reporting to the VP Global Customer Success , you will work closely with stakeholders across Customer Success, Global Accounts, Sales, Product and Delivery.

Your key responsibilities

You will define, build and scale global customer programs that create a consistent customer experience and measurable commercial impact across Element Logic's international business. You will:

• Develop and execute the global Customer Programs strategy in alignment with the overall Customer Success strategy
• Build scalable frameworks across onboarding, adoption, customer health, retention, expansion and advocacy
• Translate strategy into practical playbooks, governance and ways of working
• Establish customer health, risk and intervention frameworks
• Drive implementation and adoption across markets and business units
• Balance global consistency with local business and customer needs
• Build alignment and ownership across functions and geographies
• Define relevant measures of customer value and program impact

This is a role for someone who can turn strategy into execution and create sustainable adoption across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

You bring substantial experience from Customer Success, Customer Programs, Commercial Excellence or a comparable function within an international B2B environment.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including experience in senior roles from global roles and international organizations
• Proven experience designing and implementing customer programs, operating models or customer/commercial excellence initiatives across multiple markets
• Relevant experience from warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling, robotics, supply chain technology or adjacent industrial technology environments
• Demonstrated experience working successfully in a complex, international matrix organization
• Experience driving cross-functional transformation and organizational adoption
• Strong commercial understanding of customer retention, recurring revenue, expansion and lifecycle management
• Proven ability to influence and create alignment across functions and geographies without direct authority
• Experience working effectively with senior and executive stakeholders
• Relevant higher education in business, engineering, technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Professional fluency in English

How you work

You combine strategic thinking with strong execution capability and are comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity. You quickly understand organizational dynamics, create clarity and move initiatives forward while balancing global ambitions with local realities. You build trust and credibility across functions, cultures and seniority levels, challenge constructively and influence effectively without formal authority. Above all, you know how to bring people with you – creating engagement and shared ownership through strong relationships, sound judgement and a collaborative approach.

What success looks like

You will establish a clear and scalable approach to Customer Programs across Element Logic, strengthening how we engage and develop our customers globally. Your impact will be reflected in:

• Strong adoption of common customer programs and ways of working
• Improved visibility into customer health, opportunities and risks
• Greater consistency across the customer lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder engagement across markets
• Measurable contribution to customer satisfaction, retention and growth
