VENTURE DEVELOPMENT INTERN
Intern / Student, Full-time · Berlin (HQ)
Our mission for you
Help shape the future of energy with us!
As a Venture Development Intern, you’ll play a key role in building trawa across all core areas and will experience hands-on what it means to be an operator. We are hiring on a rolling basis, minimum duration is 3 months.
Experience what it means to build a fast-growing startup:
- Supercharge sales and GTM. You assist in developing new go-to-market initiatives and help optimize customer acquisition strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- Optimize internal operations. You support the development and refinement of internal workflows, tools, and processes to help us scale efficiently. Your work will directly improve how we operate as a team and deliver value to customers.
- Collaborate with leadership. You work closely with senior leadership on customer projects and the design of operational processes and systems.
- Lead your own initiatives. You take ownership of cross-functional projects, drive them forward independently, and are responsible for their success. From concept to execution, you'll have the autonomy to make an impact.
- Take operational responsibility. You will experience what it means to run a business, deliver outputs to clients and get your hands dirty in everyday operations.
- You are a true team player. You understand humility and performance go hand in hand and what counts is the overall success of the team.
