Your tasks

Your mission

Join anzel - The AI for the business of sport .

It turns the commercial knowledge locked in spreadsheets and expert heads into finished work for sports clubs, leagues and federations: fit assessments, pitch narratives, sponsor ROI reports or pricing analysis, produced by AI skills built on a structured, expert-validated knowledge layer. Think of anzel as the senior colleague on your team: the one who has done this before, knows how it turned out, and goes back to check the result.

For this senior sports domain expert role, we are looking for someone who knows sports business inside out and understands what it takes to succeed in sponsorship, ticketing, hospitality, media or licensing. Your core responsibility

Own anzel's knowledge layer end to end and decide what anzel needs to learn next, and in which order across its knowledge subject areas

Own the master list of everything anzel can do: organized, accurate and trustworthy

Build a network of sports-commercial experts and turn their know-how into usable knowledge

Write clear skill briefs, define what "good" looks like and turn it into tests with our eval engineer

• Direct three AI agents for expert interviews, use-case management and industry scanning

Your profile

Commercial experience at a league, federation or club in sponsorship, ticketing, hospitality, media or licensing

Hands-on understanding of sports-business processes across several commercial areas

A clear sense of what a commercial director would act on and what they would send back

AI-native: you use AI tools daily and can tell an answer from a deliverable

Choosy about sources and confident giving engineers direct feedback

• No coding required

Why us?
