Business Development Representative (m/f/d), Munich

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of B2B SaaS outbound experience as an SDR or BDR, ideally into enterprise
• A track record of consistently hitting or beating pipeline and meeting targets, with real numbers you can speak to
• Strong on cold outbound: you can open a cold call, steer the conversation, and handle objections without a script
• Business-fluent German (C1+) and English, the role is Munich-based and sells into the DACH market
• Coachable, self-driven, and resilient: you seek feedback, act on it, and stay in the game through rejection
• A clear ambition to grow into an Account Executive (see the path below)
• Comfortable with modern outbound tooling: CRM (HubSpot), sales engagement, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data enrichment
• Bonus: experience selling into Pharma, Telco, FMCG, Insurance, Automotive, or Retail, or into sales enablement, coaching, or L&D-adjacent buyers
