Capital Markets Manager (m/f/d)

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆

At NaroIQ, we believe the fund industry is undergoing a structural shift: investors are more cost-conscious and transparency-driven than ever, and ETFs are a natural outcome of this shift.

Many management companies (ManCos) excel at running traditional mutual funds, yet they struggle to enter the ETF market. Launching and operating ETFs adds a new layer of complexity: new partners, interfaces, processes, and systems that most existing setups weren’t built for.

NaroIQ gives ManCos a fast, reliable path into the ETF market. We provide the digital ETF infrastructure that reduces operational complexity, so our clients can launch and run ETFs at scale, helping broaden the access to the market beyond a small group of dominant, US-based providers.

We’re building something ambitious – and we believe the only way to do that is with a team that’s 𝘭𝘰𝘸-𝘦𝘨𝘰, 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩-𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘶𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘥 about what they’re doing.

Here’s what we care about:

🔑 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 We trust you to take full responsibility for your work. That means freedom – and also being the person others rely on when things get real.

🚫 𝗡𝗼 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘀𝗵𝗶𝘁, 𝗡𝗼 𝗘𝗴𝗼 We’re too small for politics, posturing, or competing agendas. We care about doing the right thing, not being right.

🧘‍♂️ 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 Exceptional work doesn’t require relocation or fixed office hours. Have dinner with your family. Get that dog. Move to the Alps. We’re remote-friendly and trust people to manage their own time.

🧳 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗪𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 We don’t believe in constant travel, but we do make time for real-life moments – like quarterly offsites or in-person team sessions – to solve stuff together or just hang out.

🦸🏻‍♀️ 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗸𝗲𝘀 We don’t expect you to be good at everything. We care about your superpower. We’re building a team of nerds who are world-class in wildly different areas.

💡 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 – 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 Customers are basically the only reason we exist. And we don’t build tech for tech’s sake. But the best user experiences usually rely on thoughtful, powerful engineering – so we invest in both, deeply.

🛠 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗮𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 We don’t accept “that’s just how it is.” We dig deep, think from scratch and always believe there’s a better way.

💅🏼 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 We use hrmony, so you can spend up to €50/month on the little things that bring you joy – Urban Sports, DAZN, Mediamarkt, Thalia, whatever suits you.

🤓 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Everyone at NaroIQ gets €1,000 per year for courses, books, coaching, or whatever helps them grow.
