Our Story

Founded in 2009, we’re one of the world’s leading game studios, and proud of our extremely international team, consisting of more than 50 different nations. We are part of Playtika and the global leader in the category of Hidden Object Games. With June’s Journey, we’re providing joy for millions of players around the world every day.

How we work

Our aim is to keep doing so for many more years, if not decades. In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. No matter if you’re part of a game team or support the success of Wooga as part of a central team, all 250+ employees from around the world can make an impact. We’re proud of the environment we’ve built, and believe you’ll enjoy working with some of the best people in the industry.

Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal.

These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.

As a Mid-level Marketing Data Analyst, you will analyze large-scale data across user acquisition touchpoints in order to generate insightful metrics, custom dashboards, and deep-dive analyses to measure marketing performance.

Our marketing teams aim for best-in-class user acquisition strategies, bringing high-quality players to our games while driving innovation around performance marketing and targeted campaigns. We're looking for a passionate, results-oriented talent to join our team, develop new insights to shape data-driven decisions, continuously improve marketing efficiency, and help drive business growth for years to come.

About the job

• Design, build, and maintain automated, interactive dashboards in Tableau to give the Marketing team up-to-date visibility into performance and KPIs.
• Dive deep into large-scale marketing data to identify key insights that will inform user acquisition strategies and business growth.
• Help define how best to measure and monitor our marketing channels, creatives, budget allocation, and overall campaign performance.
• Help to develop an analysis strategy and perform analysis of complex campaigns and A/B tests, both systematically and on a one-off basis.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to help Marketing Managers optimize their campaigns across various channels (e.g., Facebook Audience Network, Snapchat, TikTok).
• Partner with Data Engineering on data gathering and signal sharing, integrating 3rd-party data providers (e.g., AppsFlyer, Kochava), democratizing data with reporting tools, AI Agents, and innovating workflows.
• Communicate actionable results and data-driven findings across the organization clearly and concisely.

About you

• You have recent experience in a data analyst role, preferably in digital advertising, performance marketing, or the app industry.
• You have experience with (app) Attribution Services (eg: AppsFlyer or Kochava).
• Literacy on Agentic Workflows, and other productivity and modern self-service data innovations.
• You can use SQL effectively within an enterprise data environment and you have a good understanding of commonly applied statistical techniques. Basic understanding of programming is not required, but is appreciated.
• You have strong experience using Tableau (or similar) to build interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• You have good problem-solving skills and can look for logical connections between marketing spend, consumer behavior, and data.
• You have a deep understanding of the digital advertising market, including communication patterns as they relate to consumer marketing. You are in tune with user acquisition patterns, and you understand mobile app growth.
• You know your way around designing, communicating, visualizing, or reporting your results/analysis so they are clear and unambiguous to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.

Our Promise

• Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.

• Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others.
• Enjoy the pilates, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause!
• Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other.
