Intern Strategy & Transformation Office (m/f/d)

• You are currently studying for a Master's degree or are in the final year of a Bachelor's in business, engineering, economics, political science or security studies.
• You already have practical experience from an internship in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, the defense industry or a start-up.
• You are privately interested in defense and security policy and follow current conflicts and their implications for unmanned systems.
• You structure open problems into hypotheses and workplans without close supervision and deliver executive-grade PowerPoint and Excel output.
• Due to your open, communicative, friendly and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered as an internal expert by directors, engineering and operations teams.
• You are highly self-motivated, drive your area of responsibility independently, escalate early and close loops.
• Communication in German (C1+) and English (C1) is a matter of course for you.
• Due to the nature of the role, eligibility for a security clearance is required.
