As Head of Marketing (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Munich , you take full ownership of building a new, integrated and performance-driven marketing function, with short decision paths and plenty of room to shape it. Marketing at yoummday has grown organically so far, across three separate areas: Brand &; Corporate Communications, Client Marketing (B2B), and Talent Market Place (TMP, B2C-style), our talent marketplace responsible for recruiting our freelance CX agents. You bring these three previously independent teams together: with an aligned strategy, one shared KPI framework, central steering, and unified reporting.

Your tasks

YOUR MISSION Measurable contribution to client pipeline, efficient freelancer acquisition and a strong brand in our target markets. No marketing that just looks good. No campaign without measurable impact.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategy &; Prioritization. You define the marketing and brand strategy across clients, talents and corporate positioning and turn business goals into measurable targets and roadmaps.
• Performance &; Budget. You own the budget, steer it by pipeline contribution, cost per lead, cost per acquired freelancer and conversion, and shift resources to what performs.
• Data &; Reporting. You build one measurement setup from tracking and attribution to funnel dashboards and establish a culture of testing and fast iteration.
• Organization. You lead the three teams, clarify roles and interfaces, and decide what to build in-house and what to cover with agencies and freelancers.
• Channels &; Brand. You define the role of key channels (website, performance, social, ABM, events, PR) and set up one integrated approach to content, design and brand guidelines.

YOUR SKILLSET

• Marketing leadership at scale-up speed. You’ve led marketing in a scale-up or a similarly dynamic environment.
• Proven performance track record. You’ve owned significant acquisition budgets and can show concrete results, such as lower acquisition costs, higher conversion or measurable pipeline contribution.
• Data-driven to the core. You work hands-on with funnel metrics, attribution and dashboards.
• B2B and B2C in one hand. You know B2B brand building and demand generation as well as B2C-style acquisition at scale, ideally in a two-sided marketplace.
• Strategy and execution in one hand. You’ve set things up strategically and delivered them operationally.
• Hands-on leadership. You lead close to the team, set clear direction, and actively develop people, rather than just delegating.
• Steering inward and outward. You’ve successfully managed agencies and freelancers and know how to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Language skills. You communicate confidently in German and English at C-level and bring a good sense of humor.
