We are currently looking for a

International Sales Manager (m/f/d) Medical Technology

to expand and strengthen our International Sales team and help us shape international growth markets. As an International Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in developing our global sales partnerships, unlocking new market potential, and helping to bring specialized medical devices to the places where they are needed most.

Responsibilties

• Expand international sales partnerships and developing existing markets with a keen eye for opportunities, potential, and sustainable growth
• Act as a compelling brand ambassador for our niche ENT and pulmonology products, provide training sessions for sales partners, physicians, and healthcare professionals, and clearly communicate complex solutions
• Organize and actively facilitate hands-on workshops and surgical courses, and represent the bess group of companies at international trade shows, symposia, and conferences
• Perform market and competitor analysis, evaluate strategic positioning and marketing, and develop effective sales strategies and measures
• Analyze and evaluate sales, project, and market performance to ensure transparency for informed decision-making
• Manage regulatory, logistical, and contractual matters in close collaboration with Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, and Export/Logistics

What you offer

• Several years of verifiable professional experience in international sales, ideally within the medical device industry and/or in a B2B environment involving products that require detailed explanation
• Experience in developing international distributor partners, key accounts, and strategic customer relationships
• Fluency in spoken and written English. Other foreign languages would be an advantage; German at B1 level or higher desirable
• Education to degree level or equivalent qualification in the healthcare industry is desirable
• An entrepreneurial mindset, a structured approach to work, and a passion for shaping international markets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, intercultural competence, and an ability to carry yourself with confidence and build trust
• Enthusiasm for and willingness to travel internationally and engage in personal exchanges with partners and customers
• Residence in the Berlin area or a willingness to commute to our Berlin location; some remote work is possible
