To strengthen our global commercial organization, we are looking for an experienced and influential **Senior Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager** to take ownership of our commercial excellence agenda.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of our global commercial organization. You will shape the frameworks, processes, systems and capabilities that enable our sales teams to perform at their best — while ensuring that SUSONITY captures the full value of its innovative products and solutions.

You will act as the global catalyst for stronger pricing discipline, better commercial decision-making and consistently excellent execution across regions and markets.

Pricing will be one of your most important areas of responsibility. You will establish pricing as a strategic capability across SUSONITY by:

• Developing and implementing a global pricing strategy aligned with business objectives, customer value and market dynamics.
• Establishing pricing governance, principles, processes and approval frameworks across regions and businesses.
• Driving value-based pricing, price differentiation and improved price realization.
• Strengthening transparency and consistency in pricing decisions through robust data, analytics and performance management.
• Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance and regional leadership to embed pricing excellence into day-to-day commercial decisions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve margins, commercial effectiveness and sustainable profitable growth.
• Enhancing the use of pricing software and digital tools to enable fact-based, timely and scalable pricing decisions.
• *Build and lead commercial excellence**

Beyond pricing, you will lead the continued development of SUSONITY’s global commercial excellence platform:

• Define and implement a global commercial excellence strategy that improves sales force effectiveness and delivers measurable business impact.
• Optimize commercial infrastructure, including customer segmentation, lead management, opportunity tracking and campaign performance.
• Establish meaningful KPIs, dashboards and performance routines that turn data into actionable commercial insight.
• Drive the effective use and continuous improvement of Salesforce, pricing software and other commercial technologies.
• Develop standardized frameworks, processes and tools that create alignment while allowing for relevant regional flexibility.
• Strengthen launch excellence for new products and campaigns in close collaboration with Marketing, Product Management and regional teams.
• Support post-merger integration by helping build a unified, scalable and high-performing commercial operating model.

You will lead a team of tool and process experts while orchestrating a broad global network of stakeholders across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance and other functions.

Your role will be to create clarity, build momentum and turn strategic priorities into practical execution. You will challenge established ways of working, build strong partnerships and ensure that commercial excellence becomes a shared capability across the organization.

• *What you bring**
• A university degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Sales, Finance or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in commercial excellence, pricing, sales operations, commercial strategy or a comparable leadership function, ideally within a B2B or chemical industry environment.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing pricing strategies, pricing governance, value-based pricing or commercial performance initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the connection between pricing, customer value, sales effectiveness and profitable growth.
• Experience leading teams, cross-functional programs and global stakeholder networks.
• Strong command of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, as well as pricing software and commercial analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual capabilities, combined with the ability to translate insights into clear decisions and practical action.
• Proven project and change management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives in a fast-moving, international environment.
• Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills, including the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
• A pragmatic, entrepreneurial and collaborative leadership style.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
