Regional Lead | Northern Europe (m/f/d)

At Superchat, we're rebuilding how businesses talk to their customers. The phone call, the contact form, the support ticket: all of it is being replaced by messaging and AI. We're building the platform that runs underneath.

Founded in 2020, Superchat has become the platform of choice for 10,000+ businesses worldwide , from globally recognized brands like Allianz, Auto1, Enpal, Danone, and GASAG to the small businesses, dental practices, and one-person startups that need to look bigger than they are. Today, millions of messages flow through Superchat every single day .

We started as a unified inbox: one place for every channel a customer might pick, WhatsApp, email, SMS, Instagram. Then ChatGPT happened, and the second chapter began: AI agents that respond across chat, email, and voice at the quality of the best human teams.

We're 100 people , profitable , and have raised €18M in funding (last round 4.5 years ago, we've been growing on our own money since). Headquartered in Berlin.

As Regional Lead for Northern Europe, you're a true player/coach: you lead a team of 4–6 Account Executives, own their development and target attainment, and step into larger, more complex deals yourself. You also help shape the offer, pricing and GTM strategy for your market, reporting directly to our Revenue Director.

Who We Want

Experienced.

You have at least 2 years, ideally 5, in SaaS sales - ideally in Martech, Fintech, Customer Support or AI - and you've led, or are ready to lead, a team of 4–6 salespeople.

Language Skills.

You speak fluent English and at least conversational German (B1 or higher).

Commercially Sophisticated.

You fully understand SaaS pricing and contract models and know how to structure complex deals.

Professional Sales Leader.

You manage pipeline with rigour and can assess realistically what it will deliver. You have solution-selling experience and run your team using a recognised sales methodology.

Coach & Servant Leader.

You know how to coach a team and put their growth and success first, while holding high standards of integrity and following company processes.

Value-Driven.

You quickly uncover use cases and specific customer needs and turn them into compelling proposals built around value, not features.

Highly Numerate.

You're comfortable with techniques like spreadsheet selling, build sophisticated value and pricing models, and are highly proficient in Google Sheets.

Personable.

You connect with your team and earn their respect while staying approachable. You communicate openly, keep your ego low, and have the kind of confidence that doesn't need to shout.

Who We Don't Want

Arrogant.

You lead from ego rather than example.

Inflexible.

You struggle to adapt when plans, priorities or markets change.

Incurious.

You've stopped asking questions or wanting to learn.

Disconnected.

You find it hard to build genuine relationships with your team and the people around you.
