What this role is about

In this role, you will ensure the successful execution of digital advertising campaigns across PAYBACK channels. You will manage display advertising campaigns end-to-end, from planning and technical implementation through to performance tracking and optimization. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will develop advertising solutions that create measurable value for our partners.

What you'll do

• Prepare, coordinate, and technically implement display advertising campaigns across PAYBACK.de and the PAYBACK App
• Analyze campaign performance, derive actionable recommendations, and present key insights to a variety of audiences in a clear and engaging way
• Independently manage projects, such as the development of new digital advertising formats and products
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully
• Support the Sales team in the creation of commercial proposals and advise on advertising opportunities and campaign concepts
• Share your expertise on our advertising products across the organization and contribute to ongoing knowledge building

This role is a great fit if you...

• Have hands-on experience in digital marketing, ad management, or campaign management
• Have worked with ad-serving technologies and can independently manage digital advertising campaigns
• Think analytically and are comfortable working with data, particularly in Excel
• Work in a structured, reliable, and self-driven manner
• Can explain complex topics clearly and have strong communication and presentation skills
• Enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and feel confident in a cross-functional environment
• Have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
