Head of Regional Marketing (m/f/d) – EMEA

Commercial Enablement

• Closely work with GSM, Product Groups, Marketing Operations and other cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
• Drive GSM teams with regional marketing team to accelerate pipeline and conversions.
• Optimize pricing strategies, value propositions, and commercial offers per market.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Manage and mentor regional marketing teams across countries.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations and product groups to localize global initiatives while providing feedback from regional markets.
• Act as the regional voice in global marketing discussions.
• Influence internal stakeholders across functions (e.g., sales, finance, product groups, operations, quality, others)

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Drive KPIs and take proper actions to improve marketing effectiveness, lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.

What you will need

• University degree in electrical engineering or business administration with technical affinity
• Minimum 10 years sales or marketing experience in the Semiconductor Industry
• Proven international leadership experience in a cross functional/cultural team
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor markets, customers, their applications, and/or supply chains
• Experienced in dealing with global OEM channels and partners, building and maintaining good relationships with them
• Ability to identify high-growth segments in the EMEA region and align product roadmaps to specific regional technical requirements
• Direct experience in high-level OEM contract negotiations and volume-pricing agreements
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English
• Ability to define and execute strategies skillfully involving multiple global internal and external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
• Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
• Occasional business travels to meet teams and customers
