• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, ein Studium oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich, in dem du dich bewirbst
• Begeisterung für hochwertige Produkte, Design und präzises Handwerk
• Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Freude daran, Abläufe mitzugestalten und zu verbessern
• Teamgeist und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
• Gute Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse, je nach Tätigkeitsbereich
• Für die Produktion: technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick und gegebenenfalls Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
