Your tasks

YOUR MISSION

As an Junior Account Executive (m/w/d), you will:

• Own the full sales cycle for mid-sized B2B software deals — discovery, demo (together with presales), proposal, negotiation, close.
• Start with a live pipeline: you take over qualified opportunities from day one and build on strong inbound plus SDR/working-student support.
• Sell a market-leading platform with typical entry deals in the mid five-figure ACV range and clear land-and-expand potential.
• Qualify rigorously (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) and keep an honest, disciplined forecast in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with our services team and implementation partners on solution scoping — you sell outcomes, not licenses.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Above all: real hunger to grow as a closer. Motivation and coachability outweigh years of experience for us — we develop people who want it.
• 1–3 years in B2B sales: an SDR/BDR ready for a closing role, or first closing experience.
• Ideally B2B software background; exposure to PIM, MDM, DAM, e-commerce or DXP is a strong plus.
• Winning communication and discovery skills, resilience, and a hands-on mentality.
• Fluent German (C1+) and fluent English, spoken and written.

A structured, CRM-disciplined way of working — and genuine coachability.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Location: Hybrid / Office LangenfeldFulltime

• A structured ramp with realistic first-year targets — we plan quota around ramp, not against it.
• A documented career path from Junior to Senior AE — we have just promoted exactly this way, from working student to senior. If you put in the work, we actively develop you: mentoring, training, and growing responsibility.
• Competitive base salary plus uncapped variable, aligned with the DACH B2B software market.
• Mentoring by senior AEs, a modern sales stack, and a hybrid setup with flexible working hours, based at our modern office in Langenfeld near Düsseldorf.
• A dedicated learning & development budget for trainings, certifications and conferences.

Flat hierarchies and an open company culture where processes are constantly questioned and improved.
