We're looking for you as a Working Student (m/f/d) Sales &; Strategic Consulting at our headquarters in Munich. You'll work directly with our sales and marketing team—and with an ex-consultant who knows how to turn ambiguity into actionable recommendations.

Your tasks

Your task: dissect customer challenges, craft compelling pitches from your analysis, and deliver materials that make it in front of clients and leadership. No background support—your slides go into the weekly meeting, your research feeds into real decisions.

What You’ll Really Do

• Diagnosis over gut feeling: You analyze customer challenges and competitive landscapes—the foundation for pitches and go-to-market decisions, not just busywork.
• Executive-ready pitch materials: You contribute to business cases, concepts, and presentations that are shown in real client meetings and internal reviews.
• Visible impact in content: You help create materials for sales and marketing campaigns—from website content to campaign assets.
• Projects with your name on them: Depending on current team needs, you'll take ownership of projects end-to-end—this could be a revamped case study library, a competitive research deck for a new target group, a content strategy for a campaign topic, or preparing an RFP response. The standard remains: you get responsibility, not just support tasks.
• Ad-hoc support: Anything that’s currently a priority—with varying complexity, but always with visible impact.

Structured thinking amid uncertainty, data storytelling, executive communication under time pressure—this is exactly the muscle that case interviews and future consulting projects require. The difference: here, you’ll train these skills with real clients, not just textbook cases. Our last intern in this position went on to BCG—not a coincidence, but a consequence of this role’s tasks.

Your Skill Set

• Academic background: You’re currently a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience: First insights into strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or solution engineering are a plus but not required—what matters most is your ability to work into complex subjects and draw sound conclusions.
• Skills: You have a keen sense for strategically structured, persuasive PowerPoint presentations and confidently work with complex Excel models, for example, to develop business cases.
• Mindset: You think entrepreneurially, take responsibility without being asked, and have a solution-oriented, consultative approach—seeing ambiguity as an invitation, not an obstacle.
• Language skills: Fluent communication in both German and English, coupled with the ability to clearly and concisely convey even complex topics.

• Conditions: You can commit to 16–20 hours per week on-site at our Munich headquarters during the semester. In semester breaks, you're flexible for up to full-time.
