Senior Account Manager - New Business

About the position

At Ambrosys, we build data-driven systems for complex mobility and urban infrastructure challenges (B2B/B2G), including traffic insights, geolocation, tolling, and smart city solutions.

In this role, you will solve Ambrosys’s core sales bottleneck—taking end-to-end ownership of pipeline growth, new account acquisition across the DACH region, and strategic key account expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with key stakeholders—including the CTO, GTM, and Product teams—to translate client goals into high-value technical solutions and drive top-line growth.

Sales Strategy Development:  Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Ambrosys’s objectives and product portfolio to drive revenue growth. You will own end-to-end B2B and B2G sales cycles, from initial outreach and consultative deal closing through account expansion.

Market Expansion:  Identify new business opportunities to expand Ambrosys’s footprint within industry verticals. You will manage new market entries and qualify high-value opportunities by testing ICP hypotheses, uncovering core pain points, and mapping buying centers and budgets.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs.

Collaboration:  Work closely with the CEO, the CTO, GTM-team and Product leads to ensure alignment on sales goals, custom offers, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.

Revenue Management:  Align with ambitious sales targets, monitor performance metrics with high ownership, and meet revenue goals while maintaining profitability.

Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the CEO and CTO to enable data-driven decision-making.

Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually refine sales approaches. Master complex technical domains like Agentic AI and real-time mobility platforms to articulate product value credibly.
