Marketing & Customer Advisor - Netherlands & UK (m/f/d)

A strong product is the starting point. Making it a brand people know and trust takes local insight, good ideas and someone who puts them into practice.

At AUGLETICS, we develop premium rowing machines that combine thoughtful design, quiet performance and digital coaching. We are now looking for someone to take ownership of our brand development in the Netherlands and the UK, building on our experience in Germany, Austria, France and Italy.

You will shape how AUGLETICS speaks to customers in both markets, develop your own marketing ideas and see them through to delivery. Direct customer contact will give you the insight to make those ideas relevant. Our international team will contribute experience, product knowledge and practical support as you build your approach.

Based at our headquarters in Königs Wusterhausen, near Berlin, Germany.

Tasks

You will take ownership of building the AUGLETICS brand in the Netherlands and the UK. Develop a local approach for each market, set priorities with our team and turn your ideas into campaigns, customer relationships and partnerships.

Marketing & brand development · 50%

• Develop a marketing plan for each market: identify relevant audiences, choose promising channels and shape messages that reflect how Dutch and British customers think and buy.
• Create original local content and adapt existing material for websites, newsletters, social media and campaigns. Bring your own concepts, stories and creative ideas to the brand.
• Take projects from idea to launch, drawing on our marketing team for expertise and coordination. Review results, test new approaches and decide what to improve next.

Customer advice & market insight · 40%

• Be a knowledgeable point of contact in Dutch and English. Guide customers through product questions and demonstrations by phone, email and video, and follow up on purchase enquiries.
• Use these conversations to understand motivations and barriers in each market. Translate what you learn into stronger content, clearer messaging and a better customer experience.
• Keep CRM records up to date and coordinate delivery and service questions with the relevant colleagues.

Partnership development · 10%

• Identify creators, reviewers and partners who fit AUGLETICS. Initiate conversations, develop collaboration ideas and build lasting relationships with support from our team.

The percentages describe the intended balance of the role; priorities may shift during campaigns and market launches.

Requirements

• Dutch at native-level proficiency and excellent written and spoken English. You can write engaging copy and advise customers with clarity and confidence in both languages.
• A feel for Dutch and British audiences, with curiosity about what earns their attention and trust.
• Practical experience in marketing, content, e-commerce or customer-facing work. Show us something you have created, improved or taken responsibility for; relevant projects and transferable experience count.
• Creative judgement and the initiative to turn an opportunity into a plan. You enjoy proposing ideas, organising your work and following through without waiting for detailed instructions.
• A willingness to test, learn and adjust. You can explain your decisions, use feedback constructively and ask for expertise when it will improve the result.
• An interest in customers as well as campaigns: you listen carefully, enjoy explaining a product and take pride in helpful, reliable advice.
• Availability to work at our headquarters in Königs Wusterhausen. You live within commuting distance or are willing to relocate to the area.

German, familiarity with CRM or content tools, and an interest in fitness or rowing are welcome additions.

On-site, full-time. Salary: EUR 42,000–48,000 gross per year.

• An international team working across the German, French and Italian markets. You will exchange ideas directly with the colleagues developing our business in France and Italy, learn from their launches and contribute your own perspective on the Netherlands and the UK.
• Close collaboration with marketing, sales, product and service colleagues. You can draw on their specialist knowledge while taking responsibility for your own market activities.
• Direct access to the product at our headquarters, so your content and customer advice are grounded in first-hand experience.
• EUR 42,000–48,000 gross per year for a full-time role, depending on relevant experience and skills, with opportunities to develop your responsibilities as the markets grow.
