Manager Sales Strategy & Projects (f/m/d)

Our perfect match:

• Proven experience (2-4 years) in sales strategy, commercial excellence, sales enablement, or project/program management within an international environment
• Experience in B2B industries with complex solutions (e.g., logistics, transportation, industrial services).
• Strong ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives without formal authority, aligning stakeholders and ensuring execution
• Solid analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and data quality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive‑level messaging
• Highly organized and structured, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
