Let me introduce...

With Sonia, doctors are successful doctors. We create and deploy AI-enhanced solutions that make doctors’ lives easier, patients’ care better, and healthcare systems more efficient. If you’re an intrinsically motivated self-starter who values impactful work, join us in revolutionizing healthcare.

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing (all) to lead our marketing strategy and execution across brand, demand generation, content, and community. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation—defining our positioning and go-to-market approach while driving campaigns and testing growth channels.

As part of our Management Team, you’ll play a key role in shaping Sonia’s direction and scaling our impact in the healthcare and AI ecosystem.

This role can be performed in a hybrid setup from our offices in Luxembourg or Berlin, or remotely from anywhere in Germany or Luxembourg.

This is what you’ll own

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute Sonia’s marketing strategy in alignment with company goals
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team of 4
• Own the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation

Brand & Positioning

• Strengthen Sonia’s brand and visibility within healthcare and AI communities
• Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all channels
• Develop and oversee our content strategy (website, social media, campaigns, thought leadership)

Growth & Demand Generation

• Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing, events, and partnerships
• Manage campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
• Establish a scalable lead generation and nurturing process in collaboration with Sales

Community & Events

• Lead Sonia’s community engagement through newsletters, webinars, and partnerships
• Represent Sonia at key industry events and conferences
• Scale event marketing to engage and inspire customers and prospects

Analytics & KPIs

• Track and report marketing performance metrics (pipeline, CAC, MQLs, brand reach, ROI)
• Use data and experimentation to optimize campaigns and inform strategy

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring

• 6–7 years of marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role—ideally in B2B SaaS, HealthTech, or AI-driven products
• Proven track record in building and scaling marketing functions in fast-paced environments
• Expertise across performance marketing, content, brand, and events
• Strong command of modern marketing tools and systems, with a focus on scalability and automation
• A compelling storyteller able to position Sonia credibly and confidently in the market
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions
• Fluency in German and English

Why you’ll love working with us

• A leadership role with strategic impact and full ownership of marketing
• The opportunity to shape a fast-growing HealthTech startup backed by top-tier investors
• Close collaboration with the CEO, CTO, and Management Team
• Competitive salary and equity package
• A culture of trust, speed, and personal growth

Ready to apply?

If you’re passionate about building brands that matter and scaling meaningful impact through technology, we’d love to hear from you.

I’m Margarita and will be guiding you through the application process.
