Strategic real estate operations have overall product responsibility for all services in the areas of IFM, TFM and KFM. From product design and service provider management to commercial evaluation and contract management — we are continuously optimising the management of our properties.

tasks

As Senior Project Manager (m/f/d/x) TGA , you will take on a key role in designing our future service portfolios in the area of TGA. From defining and evaluating maintenance strategies for the various plant classes to monitoring and managing the service provider during service provision to evaluating and monitoring repair measures, the position offers a varied area of activity with a high degree of personal responsibility. In addition, you will manage complex projects in the relevant subject area and take on the role of client on appropriate committees with the service provider.

This position requires a strong understanding of technical building equipment (TGA) paired with strategic insight into the FM market and its current trends.

Profile

For this position, you have a degree ( engineering or facility management) or have completed vocational training combined with several years of professional experience in the area of facility management.

Impress us with your knowledge and skills:

• Several years of experience in service provider management and management
• Advanced knowledge of real estate law and policies
• Expertise in the area of technical building equipment, including appropriate legal framework and maintenance strategies
• Profound market knowledge in the area of facility management with a focus on technical building equipment ( TGA)
• Management of complex projects
• Communication and negotiation skills
