Business Product Owner | Full Time (m/w/d)

Who Are We ?

🚧 Picture logistics that run like clockwork – fast, smart, and seamless.

Autonomous logistics does not start with self-driving trucks. It starts with CONROO.

At CONROO, we are building an intelligent infrastructure that drives terminals and depots towards autonomy by connecting truck drivers, terminals, and depots through continuous data flows. We replace manual and paper-based processes with real-time, data-driven workflows, turning chaos into connected systems and making truck handling fully digital.

Every step we automate today lays the foundation for terminals and depots to operate autonomously tomorrow.

We are CONROO and we are driving logistics to autonomy.

💼 About This Role

We are looking for a Business Product Owner to join our team and act as a mini-CEO for one of our key markets, taking full ownership of its performance and growth. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining our products' market leadership, driving product expansion, and enhancing operational efficiency.

🎖️What success looks like

In your first month

• You understand our product, customers, and operational landscape; how value is created, delivered, and scaled and start identifying opportunities for improvement.
• You establish strong working relationships with the Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

By 3 months

• Alongside our Product Owner, you contribute to defining a clear product vision and strategy, grounded in customer needs and market realities.
• You analyse product workflows and cost structures to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market without sacrificing product quality.
• You coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure efficient and well-executed go-lives.
• You become the main point of contact for our customers and engage directly with them, turning feedback into clear, actionable insights.

By 6 months

• You proactively drive product and operational improvements that measurably impact efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• You influence roadmap decisions through market research, competitive analysis, and customer data.
• You streamline customer support and success processes to improve response times and long-term customer health.
• You’re trusted as a key partner across teams – shaping how we scale, not just what we build.

🚀 What You Need to Be Successful:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles within a B2B environment, ideally in SaaS.
• You are fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• With the strong background in client-facing roles you bring, you know how to engage stakeholders at every level, bridging the gap between technical execution and executive leadership.
• You have an interest in software development, are eager to learn new tools and technologies, and bring basic coding experience.
• You quickly grasp complex processes & technical requirements allowing you to create tailored solutions that deliver value for both clients and the business.
• You put the customer first, anticipate their needs, and focus on delivering solutions that improve satisfaction and the overall experience.
• You are based in Munich and able to work from the office 3 days per week.

💡It’s a Plus If You Have

• Previous experience in the logistics industry.
• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.

🌟 How We Set You Up to Be Successful

We don’t just define what success looks like – we actively support you in getting there through a structured, hands-on onboarding process during your first six months with us.

• Onboarding sessions with your hiring manager & COO, Ksenia, to understand your role, goals, and priorities.

• A buddy system to support you during your first 2 months.
