Your tasks

About the Role This role sits at the intersection of long-term strategy and real-time execution. You will lead the dual engine of Germany's expansion: identifying and scaling high-impact Growth Bets (Teens, Seniors, Courier, Health) and driving Rider Growth across premium product lines, memberships, and loyalty partnerships.

• Fuel Growth Bets: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new product initiatives (i.e Courrier, Health, Teens, Senior) You'll translate market insights into actionable strategies, moving from ideation to launch and scaling high-impact opportunities that hit revenue targets.
• Analyse & Optimise: Define the KPIs that matter. You will track performance metrics conversion, reliability, and ROI and continuously iterate to improve the experience.
• Operationalise Partnerships: Ensure our consumer-facing campaigns turn brand partnerships into measurable demand. You'll build the "playbooks" that allow these partnerships to scale across the country
• Collaborate across the "Forest & Trees": Balance high-level strategic planning with the nitty-gritty of daily operations. You'll work with leadership to set the direction for Germany while ensuring standard operating procedures are flawless.
