Junior Solution Engineer (all genders)

revel8

We’re on a mission to create 10 million human firewalls! At revel8, we redefine cybersecurity training with hyper-realistic simulations that reflect today’s evolving attack landscape. Our innovative platform combines AI-driven multi-channel attacks with gamified, real-time learning to build resilience where it matters most: the people.

You’re about to finish your studies (or just have) and want a role where tech and people meet. As a Junior Solution Engineer in our Pre-Sales team, you'll become the bridge between our customers and our platform. Working alongside our Sales and Pre-Sales team, you'll learn to show what revel8 can do technically, turn customer requirements into solutions, and make sure prospects understand the full power of our software. From day one you work on real customer conversations, and your responsibility grows as you gain experience.

Your day-to-day:

• Technical Advisory: You support prospects through the sales cycle. You start by preparing and co-running product demos, and over time you lead your own demos and technical deep-dives tailored to each customer.
• Proof of Concept (PoC) Support: You help set up and run technical evaluation phases and make sure customers can see the success of the solution in black and white, taking on more ownership of PoCs as you grow.
• Platform Expert in the Making: You get to know our platform inside and out and quickly become a go-to person for technical questions in the team.
• Customer Enablement: You show customers how to get the most out of our AI features for their specific security goals.

You...

• Are about to finish or have recently completed a degree. Computer science, business informatics, engineering and similar fields are a great fit, but what matters most is your technical curiosity and how you work.
• Have gained some first practical experience, ideally 1–3 years, e.g. through internships, working student positions, university projects or a customer-facing technical role. Experience in a customer-facing or technical role is a plus, but not a must.
• Love understanding how things work and pick up new technologies quickly, with the drive to know our product inside out so customers get the most value from it.
• Enjoy explaining complex topics in simple words, whether in a demo, a workshop or a quick call.
• Take ownership, ask good questions and are excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken) and can communicate confidently with our team, customers, and stakeholders.
• Our revelutionary Energy : A team that's ambitious, kind, and genuinely excited about what we're building. We move fast, we have fun, and we treat each other well.
• Kickstart your career: You learn hands-on, side by side with our Sales and Pre-Sales team, and gain the kind of ownership and customer exposure you only get in an early-stage startup.
• Mission-Driven Impact: Contribute to a meaningful mission of building human resilience against cyber threats.
• Early Stage Role: As an early member of our Pre-Sales team, you'll actively shape our processes from the ground up - and your ideas will flow directly into our technical sales playbook.
• Office-first: In the heart of Munich at Stiglmaierplatz, with flexibility when you need it. Unlimited coffee, table tennis and good vibes included.
• Shared success: Every team member is part of our ESOP program, so everyone shares in what we build.
• EGYM Wellpass membership for your daily balance.
