What you will do:

• Map the Post-Purchase Journey: You map and analyze all customer messages and touchpoints after an order, across systems such as our shop, returns portal, carriers, customer service, review tools, and CRM flows, to identify gaps and inconsistencies in the customer experience.
• Post-purchase and Retention Roadmap & Strategy: You define and drive the product roadmap for post-purchase experiences, translating business goals and customer needs into impactful retention initiatives.
• Repeat Purchase Optimization: You identify opportunities to increase purchase frequency and customer lifetime value (CLV) by developing and optimizing reordering journeys, repeat-purchase features, and seamless post-purchase experiences.
• Loyalty & Reward Programs: You shape and improve loyalty and rewards programs that strengthen customer engagement, encourage repeat orders, and deliver sustainable economic value.
• Cross-Channel Identity: You create a seamless customer experience across our website, mobile app, and retail touchpoints, prioritizing customer identity and cross-channel engagement.
• Lifecycle Experimentation: You leverage customer insights, product analytics, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and continuously optimize retention performance.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in digital Product Management, ideally within e-commerce, consumer apps, or fast-paced digital businesses.
• Proven track record of building or improving product features focused on customer retention, loyalty, subscriptions, or repeat purchases.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using product analytics, customer data, and A/B testing to make informed product decisions.
• Solid technical understanding of digital product development, customer journeys, and web and mobile ecosystems to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Design teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to evaluate product opportunities based on customer impact, revenue potential, and profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills , with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and independently drive complex initiatives, combined with fluency in English (written and spoken).

What's in it for you:

• Smart Working & Flexibility: Flexible working hours, hybrid work, and 20 days of workation. We trust you to take ownership: you deliver on our shared goals and structure your day in the way that works best for you. You’ll also start with 28 days of vacation, increasing by one additional day per year of tenure (capped at 30 days), so you always have time to recharge.
• Growth & Setup: A structured onboarding plan to get you started, plus a dedicated development budget for your personal and professional growth. You’ll also receive your own MacBook and a fully equipped office setup with monitors and height-adjustable desks.

On top of that, a fully funded BVG ticket (Jobticket), a subsidy for your fitness membership (Urban Sports Club, Hansefit, or FitX), and a company pension scheme (bAV) via Ginkgo.
• Shared Moments: Regular team events and company parties to celebrate milestones and successes together.

We're looking for People who share our Mindset

For us, it's not just about the what , but above all about the how . You'll be a perfect fit for us if you have the following mindset:

• You take initiative and ownership. You don't wait for a perfect brief or a mandate to get started. When you see an opportunity, a risk, or something that can be improved - you act. When things don't go as planned, you look at your own contribution first and step up, without waiting to be asked.
• You thrive in change. Shifting priorities and evolving processes don't slow you down. You adapt fast and keep moving.
• You build, you don't wait. When something is missing - a tool, a process, a solution - you create it. You prefer a working MVP over a perfect plan and iterate from there.
• You think in leverage. You question how things are done, prioritize ruthlessly, and find smarter paths to better outcomes. You don't mistake effort for impact.
• You're a team player, humble and genuinely kind. You collaborate in and across teams, care about the people around you, and bring sparkles to the room. You speak up when you disagree, commit fully once a decision is made, and actively make the people around you better.

Own it – Move fast – Build it – Create impact – Lift others
