• Ownership – You take full accountability for your business, proactively solving issues end-to-end
• Innovation – You continuously challenge the status quo to unlock new growth opportunities

Your Capabilities

• 5–10+ years of experience in automotive semiconductor sales or account management
• Proven ability to manage complex Tier 1 customer structures and long design cycles
• Strong commercial acumen , including pricing, negotiations, and contract handling
• Solid technical understanding of automotive electronics
• Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Confident engagement with purchasing, engineering, and program stakeholders

Why join this team

• Work on one of NXP’s most strategic global accounts
• A culture that rewards speed, ownership, and innovation — and backs people who deliver
• Direct exposure to senior leadership and critical customer decisions
