Sales Representative Fokus DIY, Region Ruhrgebiet / Münsterland (m/f/x)

Contract type: limited to max. 2 years Working time: Full-time What you will do As a key member of our Sales team, you will drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure excellent execution at the point of sale across your assigned territory.

What you will do:

• Drive sales performance and achieve ambitious revenue targets within your assigned customer portfolio and sales territory.
• Develop and execute sales plans based on market, customer, and brand performance analyses.
• Implement impactful sales initiatives, promotional activities, and distribution strategies to maximize market presence.
• Ensure seamless execution of distribution plans in close collaboration with Key Account Management and Sales leadership.
• Manage and optimize customer-specific tesa modules, merchandising concepts, and secondary placements.
• Secure and maintain permanent and temporary secondary placements, including displays, end caps, and promotional racks.
• Monitor market developments, customer trends, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with key retail decision-makers within your territory.
• Keep customer information and sales activities accurately documented in the CRM system.
• Lead and coordinate agency staff within your region to ensure outstanding field execution.
• Deliver engaging product trainings, workshops, and sales presentations for retail partners and agency teams.

What you will need Successfully completed commercial training, ideally complemented by an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Initial professional experience in Field Sales, Trade Marketing, or FMCG environments.

Experience in branded consumer goods sales is an advantage.

Strong business acumen combined with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Confident user of MS Office and digital sales tools, including CRM systems.

A proactive, highly organized, and results-driven working style.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

High level of customer orientation and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Valid Class B driving license.

Native-level German or fluent German language skills; English proficiency is an advantage.
