Als Quality Engineering Insights & Prevention Engineer unterstützen Sie die Umstellung auf ein datengetriebenes Präventionsmodell im Produktionshochlauf. Sie verbinden Konstruktion und Fertigung und entwickeln einen rollierenden Dreimonats-Präventionsplan für die Leitungsebene.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Einen rollierenden Dreimonats-Präventionsplan erarbeiten, in Engineering-Meetings einbringen und Qualitätsanalysen zum richtigen Zeitpunkt im Entwicklungsprozess verankern
- Fertigungsstörungen vor Ort analysieren, wiederkehrende Fehler mithilfe von Skywise und Ontologien identifizieren und Visual-Management-Tools einführen
- Fehlerdaten mit dem digitalen 3D-Modell in CATIA verknüpfen, um Fehler besser zu lokalisieren und die Auswirkungen von Konstruktionsentscheidungen auf die Montage zu verstehen
Ihr Profil
- Studium der Informatik, des Ingenieurwesens, der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Mechatronik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ein technisches Studium, jeweils mindestens mit Master- oder Diplomabschluss; alternativ kann ein Bachelorabschluss in Kombination mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung die Anforderungen erfüllen
- Jeweils mehr als ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in Fertigung/Produktion, Konstruktion, Line Side Support und Manufacturing Engineering
- Jeweils mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in IT/Informationssystemen, Qualitätsmanagement, technischer Dokumentation und Datenanalyse
- Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in Python und CATIA V5
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenanalysetools sind erforderlich; Kenntnisse in Skywise oder Palantir Foundry sind von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse im Lean Management und in Problemlösungsmethoden des Total Quality Management
- Kenntnisse in Google Workspace; Kenntnisse im Configuration Management bei AIRBUS sind von Vorteil
- Mindestens verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Proaktive, datenaffine und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise im Fertigungsumfeld sowie hohe Durchsetzungsstärke und Zielorientierung bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit über alle Hierarchie- und Fachbereiche hinweg sowie die Fähigkeit zur zielgerichteten Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern

As a Quality Engineering Insights & Prevention Engineer, you support the transition to a data-driven prevention model during the production ramp-up. You connect design and operations and develop a rolling three-month prevention plan for management.

Your tasks
- Develop a rolling three-month prevention plan, integrate it into engineering meetings and embed quality analyses at the appropriate point in the development process
- Analyze manufacturing disruptions on site, identify recurring defects using Skywise and ontologies, and introduce visual management tools
- Link defect data to the digital 3D model in CATIA to improve localization and understanding of how design decisions affect assembly
Your profile
- Degree in computer science, engineering, aerospace engineering, mechatronics, business informatics or another technical field, in each case at least at Master’s or Diplom level; alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree combined with many years of professional experience may also fulfil the requirements
- More than one year of professional experience in each of the following: manufacturing/production, design, line-side support and Manufacturing Engineering
- More than two years of professional experience in each of the following: IT/information systems, quality management, technical documentation and data analysis
- Advanced working knowledge of Python and CATIA V5
- Sound knowledge of data analytics tools is required; knowledge of Skywise or Palantir Foundry is an advantage
- Good knowledge of lean management and Total Quality Management problem-solving methods
- Knowledge of Google Workspace; knowledge of configuration management at AIRBUS is an advantage
- German and English at negotiation level
- A proactive, data-oriented and hands-on approach in a manufacturing environment, with strong assertiveness and focus on implementing improvement measures
- Strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels and specialist areas, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
