Founders Associate (all genders) - GTM / RevOps / Growth

Berlin (hybrid)

In a nutshell

koppla is building the next gen collaborative scheduling platform for construction . Our goal is to become the operating system for construction planning: helping project teams coordinate work, identify delays early, and keep complex projects on track.

As a Founder’s Associate at koppla, you will work directly with our CEO and our existing Founders Associate (Olivier - focused on Finance, Ops and Strategy) on high impact topics across our go-to-market (GTM) and commercial team. We already have substantial customer traction. Your challenge will be to help turn it into a repeatable and scalable way to grow. Over the next six to twelve months, you’ll work across strategy, growth and GTM. As you get to know the business, you’ll take increasing ownership of Revenue Operations. We’ll shape your path together as we grow, whether you want to specialize in areas like RevOps or GTM Engineering, or continue in a broader role.

Compensation: €60k to €70k + equity

Location: Berlin (Hybrid, 3+ days/week in office)

About koppla

At koppla, we're a fun and ambitious team on a mission to help the construction industry build more efficiently. We're already partnering with top construction companies and delivering impressive results for our customers (multi-months speed-ups discovered through koppla).

Our ambitions are backed by leading VCs (Earlybird, Newion) and industry angels as we tackle a billion-dollar opportunity problem in an underdigitized and underserved market.

Our culture is core to who we are and we've built one we're genuinely proud of. We are not looking for hypergrowth - we believe in hiring slowly to create an environment of few but very high-performing team members that build a truly great product (similar to Netflix, Ashby or Linear).

What you'll be doing

You will help us nail our GTM motion and accelerate our growth. You won’t be expected to invent the GTM strategy on your own or build processes before they’re needed. Instead, you’ll work with the team to understand the problem, develop ideas and put the right solutions into practice. For this:

• You’ll work closely with the CEO and commercial team, combining analysis with hands-on execution.
• You’ll spend time close to our customers: shadowing the sales team, deeply understanding processes, and learning the construction industry from the ground up.
• You’ll lead GTM and growth projects end to end. Examples include:
• Improving our CRM, TAM mapping, pipeline reporting and commercial workflows.
• Supporting growth initiatives, such as customer retention, rollouts within existing accounts and pricing.
• Exploring new market segments and assessing where we should focus (domestic & abroad).
• You’ll discover and implement AI-supported workflows, for example to automate researching accounts, contact people or keeping our CRM up to date. As you grow, you’ll take more responsibility and ownership for Revenue Operations: keeping our pipeline and reporting reliable, improving CRM workflows, and helping identify gaps in how our commercial engine works.

Who we're looking for

This role is ideal for an early-career generalist and future founder who wants to work closely with the CEO in a fast-moving environment. You are likely a great fit if:

• You have a strong academic background in business, management, economics, or a related field.
• You are early in your career (internships, just graduated, or a first full-time experience).
• You bring GTM experience from fast-paced environments such as a startup, consulting, venture capital or a mature tech company.
• You are pragmatic and hands-on, you focus on what the business needs, know when to zoom in and out and are comfortable with numbers. You question assumptions and check whether the data reflects what’s happening with customers.
• You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and you know when to proactively report back.
• You’re tech-savvy, thrive in ambiguity, and can switch context and take ownership without needing perfect structure.
• You are fluent in German and English.

What we offer

• A company of co-owners through tax-optimized equity grants.
• A culture with a focus on transparency, respect, ownership, collaboration and the well-being of each team member on this exciting journey.
• An environment that values hard-work while still allowing work-life/family integration through 28 days PTO, flexible working hours, workation and a hybrid setup.
• Dog-friendly office in Berlin with free lunch, besides beverages and snacks as well as a home office budget at start.
• And more: Annual personal training budget of 1,500€ (FTE), Company supported pension Scheme (”BAV”, 30% contribution), Urban Sports Club Membership, Mental Health Support, Home Office budget and more.
