We work in a practice-based organization that allows our consultants, starting at Senior Consultant level, to align with a clearly defined area of expertise. This enables you to develop as a consultant with a strong content profile, deepen your knowledge, and build specialization – while remaining part of our interdisciplinary project business. You will apply your expertise across diverse client contexts and continuously expand it.

As a (Senior) Manager – Automotive & Digitalization (f/m/x) , you will be part of our Automotive Practice , take on professional responsibility, lead teams, and strategically develop topics. You will identify and develop leads with existing and potential new clients.

Your Responsibilities as (Senior) Manager

• Project Management: Independent project steering, including internal resource planning and task delegation, considering individual and collective goals.
• Expanding accilium’s Service Portfolio: Identify new areas of expertise and build networks by actively representing accilium in the market with relevant content.
• Presentation & Facilitation: Deliver presentations, moderate discussions, and lead workshops – both internally and externally with clients and at events.
• Continuous Development: Drive professional growth by identifying problems and developing creative solution concepts.
• Active Coaching: Support team members’ development through knowledge sharing and creating an environment for rapid professional and career growth.
• Trusted Advisor: Act as a sparring partner and thought leader for clients at top management and executive level.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly gross salary starting at €7,917 (Manager) / €10,000 (Senior Manager)
• Performance bonus of up to €25,000 annually

What You Should Bring

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy or management consulting.
• Leadership experience and proven track record in project and client acquisition, plus a strong network in the mobility sector (automotive).
• Excellent German and English skills (C1*).
• Willingness to travel (1–3 days/week within the DACH region).
• Global scale - Table 1 (CEFR 3.3): Common Reference levels (coe.int)
