Client Solutions Manager - Consumer Goods - GBS

Responsibilities

TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

The Client Solutions team builds scalable, long-term partnerships through best-in-class campaign services for direct clients and agencies. We’re a team of ambitious, hands-on self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You’ll need to be proactive, highly independent, and confident in client-facing settings—driving strategy, execution, and innovation to shape the future of digital advertising on our platform.

Responsibilities

• Act as a product expert, educating clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing) on solutions, best practices, and new features to drive adoption and business growth.
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable, data-driven insights that improve advertising outcomes, maximize client revenue, and increase ROI and efficiency.
• Manage and grow client relationships by delivering scaled solutions and supporting strategic product adoption.
• Conduct regular business reviews and adopt a consultative approach to strengthen long-term client partnerships, in close collaboration with Brand Partnership Managers.
• Lead campaign kickoffs and oversee all timelines, asset delivery and optimization opportunities using data-driven analysis.
• Develop compelling sales materials and presentations leveraging market trends, case studies, industry insights, and third-party data.
• Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams, support the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partners.
• Liaise with international product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues throughout the campaign lifecycle.
