Junior Operations Assistant (m/w/d) – HealthTech

About Veni Solutions:

Veni Solutions is an early-stage Berlin HealthTech startup developing VeniCare—an ambient, privacy-first sensor and AI ecosystem that helps seniors live safely and independently at home.

The Opportunity: Looking to break into tech or discover where your skills can take you? We are looking for an organised, curious Junior Operations Assistant (m/f/d) on an initial part-time basis (~10–20 hours/week).

No prior professional experience or specific background is required. Whether you are a student, in a gap year, exploring a new direction, or simply looking for the right door into the tech industry. If you are reliable, eager to learn, and take pride in doing good work, we want to hear from you.

Career Growth & Real Opportunity:

This is not a dead end admin gig. For someone who brings energy, reliability, and structured thinking, this position can rapidly evolve into a full-time role with fast career advancement and growing responsibility as our company expands. You will work directly with the founder and gain practical, hands-on experience in how a tech startup is built from the ground up.

What You Will Do: • Learn how early-stage startup operations and administration work in the real world. • Draft clear, professional German correspondence to partners, banks, and official authorities. • Translate short notes, summaries, and correspondence between German and English. • Keep administrative checklists and trackers organised (deadlines, documents, next steps). • Support the founder with operational research, paperwork, and organising workflows.

What We Are Looking For: • Fluent German language skills with confident, clean written German. • English (internal coordination with the founder is in English).

• Structured mindset: you are dependable, neat with details, and keep track of tasks. • Curiosity and a positive attitude—you want to learn how business works. • No degrees or corporate experience required—your attitude and willingness to learn are what count.

What We Offer: • Fast Career Advancement: A genuine, direct path to transition into a full-time role as we scale.

• Direct Founder Mentorship: Work closely alongside an experienced tech founder and learn practical business operations.
• Flexible & Remote: Work remotely with flexible hours (~10–20 hrs/week) that fit easily around your life and schedule.
• Fair Hourly Pay: Competitive compensation with room for quick reviews as you take on more.

How to Apply: Apply with your CV or any link about yourself and 2–3 sentences about yourself and why you'd like to work with us.
