Chemical Laboratory Assistant / Lab Technician (f/m/d) Analytics & Synthesis

Your profile

• Education: Successfully completed vocational training as a CTA (Chemical Technical Assistant), Chemielaborant, or a similar technical background. Academic degrees or Techniker qualifications are considered, but this is a hands-on technical role where practical bench experience is our top priority.
• Analytical Expertise: Strong practical experience in general instrumental and wet-chemical analytics (especially NMR, IR, DSC, titration). Experience in specialized polymer testing (e.g., MFR/MFI, tensile testing) or prior experience in a plastics laboratory is a major plus!
• Synthesis Experience: Experience in carrying out organic syntheses safely according to protocol (SOPs). Specialized knowledge of polymers or reactors is advantageous, but not mandatory—we are happy to train you.
• Technical Routine: You feel "at home" in the lab. You are confident operating analytical instruments, preparing samples, and performing routine instrument calibrations.
• Mindset: You bring a "maker" mentality. You are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy the dynamic, collaborative energy of a scaling startup.
• Languages: Working knowledge of English (sufficient for technical documentation and day-to-day team communication) is required. German is a plus, but not necessary.
