Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide administrative assistance

and serve in an integral role to the **Business Line** Head

Automotive High Voltage - Plan and organize **internal and external events** (all-hands meetings, workshops, training) incl. required documentation and presentation- Schedule calendar meetings, set priorities, ensure **proper time management** and **organize** and maintain travel schedules and expense reports- **Create documents** eg in the form of statistics and presentations - Proactively evaluate and administer data eg for ordering materials or checking invoices after independently recognizing that this is necessary- Support and collaborate with internal

Stakeholders where the Business Line Head and the leadership members are engaged

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A relevant and completed **vocational training** of at least three years- At least 5 years of subject-specific professional

experience in the field of assistance or an additional specialized qualification (eg secretarial training)- Possess a talented approach to work with state-of-the-art office and collaboration tools as well as a talent for **organization** and time management- A skillset characterized by **active listening**, validation of expectations and **anticipation of needs**- **A high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential documents** and sensitive information, particularly in an executive-level environment- Very good **English and German language skills** both written and spoken
