Your tasks

Your Contribution

If you are good at convincing people, this role is built for you. You attract the interest of R&D and innovation leaders with the reports and articles you publish. Then you turn that interest into conversations and persuade the right people to meet our sales team.

You'll build a profile few people have: the authority to write for senior technical leaders and the ability to win them over in a call. Part of your compensation is variable and tied to the leads you develop, so your earnings grow with the demo calls our sales team accepts.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

Expect to spend about 60% of your time on lead development and 40% on content.

• Turn inbound contacts into demo calls: Develop leads from gated reports, blog subscriptions, interviews, and event invitations until they're ready for sales
• Qualify and reach out: Decide who gets personal outreach, then open each conversation by email, LinkedIn, or phone with an insight relevant to the prospect's R&D portfolio
• Write reports and blogs: Create SEO- and GEO-optimized content for R&D and innovation leaders, and keep existing articles and reports current
• Run nurture programs in HubSpot: Build sequences and lead scoring, and track which assets produce pipeline
• Bridge marketing and sales: Join sales meetings, hand over demo-ready leads with full context, and turn prospect questions into new content

Your Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent German and English, written and spoken
• Clear, authoritative writing for expert audiences
• Confidence on calls with senior decision-makers and the judgment to separate real buying intent from noise
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, and with AI agents that speed up your work
• Strong self-management across writing deadlines and lead follow-up, with protected time for both
• An ambitious, positive, and collaborative spirit, plus the curiosity to try new ideas
• Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or an R&D-driven context; hungry career starters are welcome too
